  • "I'm always a little wary when I see constantly good reviews for somewhere, which I put down to me being old and grumpy. In the case of this holiday rental, everything was perfect.

    Dealing with Debbie was a joy, pretty much everything was organised - from the provision of driving directions to a book with ideas for days out and restaurants and a variety of guide books.

    The apartment itself was pretty much as advertised - large, well furnished, well equipped, clean and comfortable. We thought the resort was well designed, had plenty of ammenaties and felt safe. The only minor disappointment about the resort was that the on site InterContinental hotel had closed so a few of the facilities were unavailable.

    We are not golfers but used the resort as a base for daily excursions and found Cartagena, Murcia City and Alicante (with onward boat trip to Tabarca Island) all within easy reach. We also visited some of the local coastal resorts with Torrevieja being our personal favourite.

  • "We had a great stay here on La Torre Golf Resort. A main feature was the pool being right outside. The tennis was real fun and I like how in your 'Welcome Folder' you included fun ideas for us to try out. We went to the beach a couple of times which was fun. Overall I would highly recommend the resort and this lovely apartment. I would also recommend the tapas bar on the resort (El Roble). We had a lovely stay here."   • "Email correspondence was very good and had no problems following the directions given in finding the apartment. The apartment itself, was spotless, beds and seating areas were very comfy. Location wise we chose to drive to the nearby restaurants, although you could have walked it, but not in that heat! The local supermarket had everything we needed and we didn't feel the need to venture out of the resort at all. Our nearby large swimming pool was highly maintained with security patrolling every hour or so. All in all a very relaxing holiday for myself, my husband and my 6 year old boy.   • "Had a lovely 2 weeks chilling out in this well equipped apartment. Great pool in very well kept surroundings. Went to Los Narejos beach via hotel shuttle bus - lovely shallow water and very clear. Well stocked supermarket 10 to 15 mins walk away. On site restaurants good value for money. would recommend Trattoria Acacia - good pizza and pasta at reasonable prices. The whole resort is kept very clean.
